VEHICLE COLLECTION

A Polite Notice to all of our valued customers: 

All vehicles arrive on-site from 8 a.m. and, unless otherwise advised or agreed, stay with us for the day. 

Vehicle works and repairs can take considerable time, and we may need to order specific parts, which means we cannot give a completion time when you book in.

Unless otherwise stated, we could work on your vehicle until 5:30pm. 

We will contact you by text as soon as your car is ready to collect or if there's an update. 

Please can we kindly ask our customers to refrain from calling reception during the day for an update, as this can slow things down - if you haven't heard from us, your vehicle isn't ready.
